The words says as he is your father you are his daughter.  You see, our true identity comes from the Lord, our God & King!  He is the one who made us who we are through and through, and we have a great inheritance from Him that we did not earn but were given when he sacrificed his son on the cross for our sins.  As daughters of the King of kings we have eternity in splendor to look forward to and we live to be his hands and feet to this hurting world.
